Floral Designer 1 year of experience required

As a Floral Designer , you'll be responsible for creating floral arrangements for various occasions, maintaining product quality, and helping customers bring their floral visions to life. This role requires creativity, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for retail sales, special events, weddings, and corporate clients Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone Receive, process, and care for flowers Maintain cleanliness and organization of design and retail areas

Requirements:

1+ year of floral design experience (or a strong portfolio if less) Strong sense of color, design, and aesthetics Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs A positive attitude and a genuine love for flowers and design

Preferred:

Knowledge of wedding and event floral work Proficiency in hand-tied bouquet techniques Fluent English Local to Hoboken, Jersey City or surrounding areas
