Your expertise in floral design, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help elevate the overall experience for our guests. Responsibilities Design and create fresh floral arrangements tailored to customer specifications and seasonal themes Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products, providing expert advice on floral care and design options Maintain the floral display area by stocking fresh flowers, organizing merchandise, and ensuring visual appeal through effective merchandising techniques Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations Manage inventory levels by stocking flowers, tools, and supplies efficiently while monitoring stock rotation for freshness Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering gardening and horticulture tips, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Collaborate with team members on landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn care and general gardening to support overall store aesthetics Experience Prior experience in floral design or related fields such as gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance is highly preferred Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Familiarity with retail sales processes including cashiering, merchandising, stock management, and POS systems Knowledge of lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques is advantageous Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well within a team while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service Join us to turn everyday spaces into extraordinary displays of nature's beauty!
