Job Description

Heritage 1904 and our collection of hospitality businesses; Von's 1000Spirits, NorthwestSpirits and Sharps Roasthouse is looking for an experienced and passionate FOH Manager tojoin our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, including opening and closing duties, petty cash and till counts, and maintaining cleanliness.

Oversee FOH training and coaching: Assist in hiring, completion of training programs, performance coaching and scheduling.

Maintain restaurant standards: ensure adherence to company specifications, and launching new menu items with twice-yearly training programs.

Ensure safety and compliance: adhere to food safety and alcohol service regulations, address equipment issues, and manage customer interactions to ensure responsible service.

Enhance guest experiences:host, bus, expedite, and actively manage the floor during service.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience running, managing, and leading a busy full service restaurant.

History of regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow established procedures.

Communicates effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.

Demonstrates strong work ethic, integrity, and adaptability to various customer and employee needs.

Has the ability to coach and train a team, analyze reports, and maintain high standards.
Compensation:
Dining Room Manager Pay Range:
$85,000 - $90,000 annually.
