Responsible for providing excellent dining experiences, our Food & Beverage team is proactive, welcoming and expert with providing service to our guests. We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill a Food & Beverage Expert role to assist with the execution of 5• service. Are you ready for the next step? Requirements:

For the Expert role we are seeking a professional displaying the following skills and attributes: Basic food, wine and beverage knowledge advantageous Coffee and bartending skills highly regarded Experience with High Tea service advantageous Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure Able to maintain stock control Manage amenities set up Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry Have an eye for detail Able to work within a team Be innovative but still follow direction Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
