This role is responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations, driving service excellence, supporting financial performance, and developing a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about cultivating a positive, guest-focused culture. Responsibilities Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and events service Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to ensure service excellence Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly and professionally Partner with Culinary leadership to ensure seamless service execution Manage scheduling, labor controls, and staffing levels to meet business demands Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and service standards Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Monitor inventory levels and support cost control initiatives Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and operational procedures Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost controls Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays ServSafe and alcohol service certification preferred
