Job Description:

The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager to lead the service team. The supervisor is responsible for assisting with overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and compliance with company policies and food safety standards. This role supports the management team by supervising staff, assisting with scheduling, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Most importantly, the Front of House Supervisor will encourage a positive learning environment for the entire team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts Train new employees on restaurant procedures, customer service standards, and safety guidelines Provide coaching and feedback to team members to maintain service quality and performance Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and high-quality service Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Maintain a welcoming and positive dining environment Monitor daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards Coordinate staff activities during busy service periods Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed Monitor food and beverage stock levels Handle cash management responsibilities including register oversight and end-of-shift reconciliation when required Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces Follow all food safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:
