Food Expeditor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (other duties may be assigned) Ensures food tickets are fulfilled accurately and quality of food is excellent Delivers food to tables and confirms the guests have everything they need Manages food tickets, adds garnishments as needed, and communicates with kitchen staff regarding modifications, incomplete orders, etc. Communicates with servers about food orders, when items sell out, when guests are missing items etc. Cleans table of food ware and wipes off table Maintains the cleanliness of dining area by sweeping floors, taking out trash, and restocking condiments Is knowledgeable on the dining room floor layout, server sections, and table numbers Maintains efficient and prompt service to guests and other service team members Assists in side work, cleaning duties, and any tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor or manager

Environment:

This is a physically demanding, indoor position. Must be able stand and walk for long periods of time and occasionally lift/carry 30lbs.
