Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (other duties may be assigned) Responds to guest questions and provides information about food/beverage menu, resort activities, hours of operations etc. Delivers food to tables in efficient and courteous manner Clears dirty dishes and trays from tables and promptly cleans tables and chairs Maintains a clean and well stocked dining room by sweeping, taking out trash, vacuuming etc. Assists dishwasher, servers, bartenders and food expeditors when necessary Knowledgeable of floor layouts, server sections, and table numbers or outlet Carries out tasks and projects as assigned by manager
Environment:
This is a physically demanding, indoor position. Must be able stand and walk for long periods of time and occasionally lift/carry 30lbs
