Waterman Village What You'll Do direct daily operations of food service operations; ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met; develop and implement plans, projects, with defined objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plan; establish a safe work environment; utilize Sodexo tools and programs to develop client, customer, and staff relationships to ensure account retention. What You Bring has at least 2 years work history in hospitality which demonstrates strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; is an independent self-starter who can work in a high-paced environment with a very demanding client who can multi-task while managing 20+ associates; has an eye for details and a strong background in food safety and sanitation compliance; has a passion for a high level of customer service; ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills; is an independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment; ability to create a positive environment while managing a team of associates.
