We are looking for long term experienced Food Prep / Kitchen Assistant who can work efficiently in a small and busy café environment. The ideal candidate is organized, fast, reliable, and comfortable handling prep tasks during high-volume service. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with food assembly according to established recipes and menu plans Support cooking activities by following proper techniques and safety protocols Assist with fast and accurate food assembly during busy service hours Maintain a clean, organized work station, including dish washing, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately Support the kitchen team with dishes and general cleaning Qualifications Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within the food service or restaurant industry Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Skilled in meal preparation, knife skills, and general culinary techniques Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude!
