Duties Safely transport prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables with speed and professionalism Ensure food presentation meets quality standards before serving Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary restrictions Support food handling procedures to uphold food safety standards at all times Use POS systems such as toast POS to assist with order accuracy when needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices Experience with POS systems like TOAST is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods comfortably Familiarity with banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality is advantageous Demonstrated commitment to excellent guest service and hospitality standards Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry where your dedication makes a difference!
