Food Runner Busser

Busser/Food Runner is responsible for supporting the restaurant staff by ensuring timely food delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities Food Delivery :

Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables quickly and accurately, ensuring that guests receive their meals as ordered.

Table Maintenance :

Clear and reset tables between customers, ensuring they are clean and ready for the next guests. This includes wiping down surfaces and replacing utensils and napkins.

Assisting Staff :

Support servers and bartenders by carrying plates, refilling drinks, and helping with other tasks as needed to maintain a smooth workflow.

Communication :

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure that food orders are accurate and that any special requests or dietary restrictions are noted.

Cleanliness :

Keep the dining area tidy by removing dirty dishes, cleaning tables, and ensuring that the restaurant environment is welcoming and organized.
