Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become a part of the Tulsi dining experience! In this lively role, you'll deliver great guest service, handle food and beverage orders, and help create memorable moments for every guest. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will ensure guests feel welcomed, valued, and eager to return. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in an environment where your energy and dedication make a real difference. We are open 4-9pm Tuesday- Saturday; Sunday 12-8pm. Shifts begin at 3pm; typically ending around 9:30. We are looking for someone who can work 3-4 shifts a week. Tips are pooled between servers & bartender. Duties Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and foster guest relations Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations with accuracy and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety guidelines Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs effectively Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy setting Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
