Role:

As a Food Runner, you play an essential role in creating a great dining experience by ensuring food is delivered accurately, efficiently, and with attention to presentation. You will work closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams to help maintain smooth restaurant operations and support exceptional guest service. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior restaurant experience who enjoys staying active, working collaboratively, and contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver food accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guest tables Ensure food presentation and table numbers are correct before delivery Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management Anticipate guest and team needs to support smooth service flow Assist with table maintenance and overall dining room cleanliness as needed Participate in opening, pre-service setup, and closing duties Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout shifts

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Food Runner, Busser, or similar restaurant support role preferred Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail Physical stamina and the ability to carry heavy trays and remain on your feet for extended periods Ability to follow instructions and support multiple priorities during busy service periods Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
