Job Description

Rock Island Oyster Bar & Grill is looking for a Food Runner / Busser to join our FOH team. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual and has a drive to learn with weekday & weekend availability. Duties will include...
  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Watering, Marking Silverware, Detailing Tables, etc...
  • Assist with Running Food
  • Assist with Bussing, Clearing, Cleaning & Resetting Tables
  • Assist with Polishing
  • Restocking & Replenishing supplies before, during & after service
  • Preparing Take out Orders
  • Follow daily opening & closing checklists
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area & service stations
Experience Required Skills:
  • 1+ years restaurant experience
  • Experience in bussing, food running, and time management
  • Knowledge of food industry practices and food preparation techniques
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment while executing duties with accuracy.
