Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and quickly. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with professionalism and attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, upselling menu items, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the truck's kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Assist with food handling, packaging, and serving orders in a timely manner to ensure quick service delivery. Conduct daily setup and breakdown of the mobile kitchen, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or working in quick service & fast food restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; prior cashiering experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently. Previous restaurant or café experience preferred; experience in retail math or grocery store operations is advantageous.
