RAM North America, Inc. RAM North America is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead field crews and oversee exterior cladding and metal panel projects throughout Indiana and surrounding areas. This position is for someone who understands how to run a project from start to finish : coordinating manpower, communicating with jobsite teams, maintaining production, reading plans, solving field issues, and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage field crews on commercial construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project details Coordinate daily tasks, scheduling, and workflow on site Communicate with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure quality control and proper installation procedures Maintain jobsite safety and organization Identify and help resolve field conflicts or installation issues Track materials, manpower, and project progress Help train and develop crew members

Preferred Experience:

Foreman or crew leadership experience in commercial construction Experience with: Metal wall panels ACM/MCM systems Insulated metal panels Soffit systems Rainscreen assemblies Ability to read construction drawings and layouts Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage crews and maintain production schedules
