Foreman/Crew Leader - Construction / Hardscapes / Pavers

Customer Service Crew Leader The Paver Company is the Sacramento area's largest installer of hardscaping. We specialize in the installation of interlocking paving stones, segmental retaining walls, synthetic turf and custom hardscape features. We are currently seeking a customer service crew leader to join our family. As crew leader you will be responsible for managing a small crew, customer interaction, warranty repair work, coordinating materials and team members. DMV Class C license required

• You will be responsible for driving a full size 1 ton pick-up truck and standard hitch trailer

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE. MUST

be proficient at safely driving, backing, coupling, uncoupling and maneuvering a truck and trailer. MUST have a clean DMV record (2 pts. or less, no majors in last 3 years) Must be insurable under our policy. Qualifications and Skills (Training Provided): 3+ years experience in paving stones, hardscapes, synthetic turf and retaining wall installation, grading, base preparation/compaction and poured concrete installation. Additional raining will be provided for our specialized craft. Additional skills we are looking for: Concrete Demolition and haul away Irrigation installation Drainage system installation Landscaping experience Operation of small construction equipment Operation of larger construction equipment Good communication skills required. Must be energetic and punctual Construction site

• Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50+ lbs. Wage based upon experience and existing skills: Starting Range $25
• $35 per hour PLUS bonuses and benefits This is a FIELD Position. 8 hour shifts
