Forklift Operator:

Perform general plant and field operations Support seed field activities, including planting, maintenance, and harvesting Carry out harvest processes (sorting, drying, shelling, preparation) Assist with conditioning tasks (sizing, bagging, palletizing, gravity operations) Follow quality and safety standards (ISO work instructions and quality plans) Perform warehouse operations, including forklift use and sample collection Complete general maintenance and repair tasks Help coordinate field operations and support workflow/scheduling activities Work overtime or weekends during peak seasons What You Need to Bring to the

Forklift Operator Role:
