Forklift Operator Job Description We are seeking skilled forklift operators for our bustling warehouse in West Branch, IA. This position requires individuals who can effectively operate a sit-down, propane-powered forklift during the 3rd shift from 6 PM to 6 AM. Candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth movement and storage of products. Responsibilities Operate a sit-down, propane-powered forklift to pick and scan orders in the warehouse. Stack and wrap orders on pallets according to customer specifications. Inspect and rework damaged orders alongside P&G employees to ensure quality control. Load and unload trucks, placing products in the correct warehouse locations using RF scan guns. Participate in general warehouse sanitation and maintenance tasks. Essential Skills Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Proficiency in forklift operation and order picking. Safety-conscious mindset Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with material handling, inventory, packing, shipping and receiving. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, with support from shift leads who speak Spanish and French. Why Work Here?
