Forklift Operator Job Description Join our team as a Warehouse Worker and play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping materials. You will be responsible for packaging and preparing orders for outgoing shipments, loading and unloading trucks, and efficiently moving materials throughout the warehouse. Your expertise in using computer systems to track inventory and shipments will be invaluable. Responsibilities Help receive, organize, and ship materials in a warehouse setting. Package and prepare orders for outgoing shipments. Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse. Use computer systems to track inventory and shipments. Check incoming materials for damage or issues. Pull materials needed for orders and production. Support general warehouse and production work as needed. Work with other teams to ensure smooth operations. Essential Skills At least 2 years of warehouse experience. Comfortable using computers. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Utilize modern technologies such as ERP systems and RF scanners. Dress code is comfortable and practical for warehouse activities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Urbandale, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
