This individual will be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and documentation of all materials within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 2 years of forklift operation in a high-volume warehouse, valid OSHA-compliant Forklift Operator Certification, and more listed below. Oak Creek, Wisconsin Duties and Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load and unload trailers, move palletized goods to designated storage areas, and stage products for outbound shipment.

Inventory Tracking:

Utilize handheld RF scanners to record the movement of goods, ensuring that all bin locations are updated accurately in real-time.

Shipping & Receiving Documentation:

Perform data entry tasks on warehouse computers to verify packing slips, generate shipping labels, and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Quality Control:

Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting issues immediately through digital reporting channels.

Safety & Maintenance:

Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections on equipment and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of forklift operation in a high-volume warehouse Valid OSHA-compliant Forklift Operator Certification Proficiency in basic computer functions (Windows/Office) and WMS software. Hardware Proficiency Demonstrated experience using RF scanners and thermal label printers. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. — (Salary range based on experience) —
