Full-Time Reports To:
Finance Leadership / CFO About the Opportunity Callaway Blue is a growing bottled water manufacturing and distribution business seeking a capable, detail-oriented, and business-minded FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This is an important role for someone who wants to do more than prepare reports. The right candidate will help us understand the financial and operational drivers of our business, improve visibility into performance, and support better decision-making. Our business is growing quickly, and we need a strong contributor who can help bring structure, insight, accuracy, and practical analysis to a fast-moving operating environment. What You Will Do The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across the company.

Supporting the annual budget, periodic forecasts, and financial planning process. Preparing financial reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and management summaries. Evaluating sales, margin, customer, product, channel, route, and package-level performance. Supporting manufacturing cost analysis, including materials, labor, freight, overhead, scrap, downtime, yield, and other operating cost drivers. Helping analyze inventory, working capital, weeks of supply, slow-moving inventory, and stockout risk. Working closely with finance, operations, sales, customer service, supply chain, warehouse, and leadership teams. Helping connect financial results to real operating performance. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is analytical, accurate, practical, and willing to learn the details of the business. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, systems, and people.
A strong candidate will have:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, cost analysis, manufacturing finance, supply chain finance, or business analytics. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and financial modeling. A working understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, gross margin, and variance analysis. The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain findings clearly. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Good communication skills with both finance and non-finance team members. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A desire to understand how the business works, not just report the numbers. Experience in food, beverage, bottled water, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, distribution, or route-based delivery is helpful but not required. Experience with ERP systems (especially Business Central), Power BI, standard costing, inventory analysis, customer profitability, freight analysis, or manufacturing cost analysis is also helpful. The FP&A Analyst will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the company and contribute to improvements in forecasting, reporting, cost analysis, inventory discipline, operational performance, and business planning.
