John Sr, former owner, and CEO/President of Masterbuilt, spent his life running the family business with the Ole Man and his siblings. From the age of 15, John II began working his way from the warehouse to departments like customer service, product development and marketing for the company with his dream of working with his dad just like John Sr did with the Ole Man. Their love of food came from cooking in their backyard with the Ole Man and in the kitchen with MeMaw, family and friends, camping trips and testing the latest invention for the family business. Today, they travel the country as masters of everything grilling and smoking sharing some of their favorite recipes, most memorable stories, and life lessons with all of you. From national TV, radio, podcasts, and social media; to NASCAR races, Super Bowl's or charitable events, they love meeting new friends, learning new recipes and sharing their expertise with you. Job Summary
  • The Marketing Manager will lead and oversee all marketing efforts for The McLemore Boys brand across digital, social, live events, and media platforms.
This role is responsible for executing brand strategy, managing social media content and posting schedules, growing audience engagement, coordinating campaigns with partners and sponsors, and helping expand the overall reach and impact of the brand.
  • The ideal candidate is creative, organized, growth-minded, highly motivated, and understands modern social media trends, storytelling, and brand building.
This individual should be passionate about content creation, marketing strategy, Americana culture, food/lifestyle branding, and building meaningful relationships with audiences and partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Be solution driven!

Be curious, ask questions, show creativity and be a good team player. Oversee all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, and emerging platforms. Create, schedule, and publish social media content including reels, stories, posts, and promotional campaigns. Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies that align with The McLemore Boys mission and growth goals. Coordinate marketing efforts surrounding TV appearances, podcasts, events, sponsorships, product launches, and brand collaborations. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for tours, giveaways, events, and partnerships. Monitor social media analytics, audience engagement, and performance metrics to improve growth and content strategy. Work alongside photographers, videographers, editors, and creative partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity. Manage content calendars and maintain organized workflows for campaigns and deliverables. Collaborate with sponsors and partners to fulfill marketing deliverables and maximize exposure opportunities. Stay current on social media trends, marketing strategies, and emerging digital opportunities. Assist in email marketing campaigns, website updates, and e-commerce promotions. Support live event activations, NASCAR appearances, podcast recordings, and on-site content creation when needed.

  • Experience in marketing, branding, social media management, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.
  • Experience with content scheduling platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and branding abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in photography, videography, editing, or production is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and assist at events, races, activations, and productions as needed.
  • Passion for food, outdoor lifestyle, Americana culture, sports, and entertainment is strongly preferred.
