Front and Back of House Needed

Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and sales transactions Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance the dining experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Assist in food handling, storage, and kitchen tasks to support smooth kitchen operations in a quick service or fast food setting Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as cafés, restaurants, or retail food outlets preferred Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking across duties Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or retail math enhances your suitability for this role Culinary experience or background working in the food industry is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering excellent food experiences!
