Front Counter / Coffee & Deli Team Member

Dutch Oven Bakery is looking for a dependable, friendly, hard-working team member to join our front-of-house staff. This position includes customer service, coffee drink preparation, deli service, cleaning, and stocking duties in a fast-paced bakery environment. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly service Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and other beverages Assist customers at the deli counter and prepare simple deli items Stock bakery cases, coffee supplies, and retail items Keep dining area, counters, and workstations clean and organized Help maintain a smooth, efficient flow during busy periods Work as part of a team to create a welcoming customer experience Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude Dependable and punctual Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with customers and handling food Willing to clean and stay busy during slower times Coffee or food service experience is helpful, but not required — we will train the right person Schedule Part-time or full-time available Weekend availability preferred Morning and daytime shifts Pay Competitive pay based on experience Employee discounts included 401K with company match If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a local bakery team, we'd love to meet you.
