Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with reservations and room assignments
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as required

Experience:

• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is preferred
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette is beneficial

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems
