Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who is flexible on hours available to work and attendance is critical. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using computerized systems. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using software. Perform administrative tasks including proofreading documents, typing correspondence, and managing office supplies. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold confidentiality of guest information while adhering to company policies. Assist in organizing front desk operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with guests and team members. Attention to detail is crucial for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
