Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. 2 swing shifts and 2 graveyard shifts.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using multi-line phone systems. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting and balancing of accounts. Maintain front desk operations, including managing cash transactions and processing payments. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address guest needs. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with guests over the phone. Experience Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for effective communication with diverse guests. Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to build rapport with guests. Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations best practices is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
