What you'll do Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold our high standards of cleanliness. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure all surfaces are immaculate. Manage laundry services by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels with precision. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment. Conduct inspections of rooms before guest arrivals to ensure they meet quality standards. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services to enhance their stay. Adhere to safety protocols while using industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals. Support janitorial duties in common areas, ensuring they remain tidy and inviting. Basic qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within a hospitality or industrial setting is preferred. Preferred qualifications Previous hotel experience is a plus! Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment usage. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
