Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they experience exceptional customer service from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for a memorable stay, as you manage guest inquiries, coordinate reservations, and handle various front desk operations with efficiency and warmth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a vibrant hospitality environment where guest satisfaction is our top priority. Weekend and Holiday availability required. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude and swift resolution Maintain accurate reservation records using hotel management software and update guest information as needed Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting Provide comprehensive guest services, including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and information about hotel amenities Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently Give scheduled tours. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a welcoming environment for all guests Previous hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with resort environments is a plus Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and become an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
