Objective:

Based in The Great Room you will spoil our guests with your Hotel Reception and wine service skills. You will work with a great team of experienced, fun loving hospitality professionals.

Primary Area of Responsibility:

Focus on the guests. Answer the phone, process reservation requests and enquiries Complete the check-in, check-out, Reception and Concierge services. Provide wine tasting experiences to our guests Coordinate with other departments and team members to spoil our guests. Is sales-minded. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices. Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to guests and fellow team members.

Must haves:

Positive, guest focused attitude. Dynamic, energetic team member. Great communicator; verbal, non verbal and written Basic computer operating skills (PMS, POS, Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays. Be fit

• able to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
