We are dedicated to fostering an enjoyable and professional environment for our staff members. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay is memorable. Your energy, hospitality expertise, and multilingual skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry while delivering top-tier guest experiences. Candidates must have reliable transportation; must meet our appearance standards and must pass background check. Shifts include 7AM - 3PM and 3PM - 11PM. In addition to an hourly wage, front desk agents have access to incentive pay through a variety of programs. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm. Maintain accurate reservations, room assignments, and guest records. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with excellent phone etiquette. Assist with guest relations by providing local information and hotel amenities details. Support night audit processes by reconciling accounts and preparing daily reports. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette. Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently when required. Experience working in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest services and guest relations. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
