Overview:

•We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Front of House Associate to join our hospitality team. This dual-role position combines front desk responsibilities with shuttle driving duties, ensuring guests receive a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties:

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel systems Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and make reservations Handle guest requests, concerns, and resolve issues professionally Maintain accurate records and process payments Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed

Shuttle Driver Duties:

Safely transport guests to and from designated locations (airport, local attractions, etc.) Assist guests with luggage as needed Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the shuttle vehicle Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines Keep accurate transportation logs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with luggage Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
