Job Description

Overview As the Post Funding Coordinator you will follow up, review and audit all post disbursement transactions. What you will do Daily Trial Balance Review Escrow Holds, reviewing, processing, insurance proper payments are made within the expected timeline, adhering to all client specific guidelines. Review all stale dated check reports, and perform due diligence Review and manage all escheatment responses and submissions to vendors Review, investigate and process all return payments Work closely with Closing Operations, Treasury, and Disbursement teams What you will bring Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong Customer Service Focus Clear Verbal and Written Communication Skills Strong Attention to Detail, Including Data Entry Proficiency Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines Capability to Work both independently and as part of a team Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask Familiarity with Computers, including Online Searching and Typing What we offer Competitive payrates based on skills and experience Extensive benefits package : Medical, dental, vision, HSA, mental health programs, Employee Assistance Program, short term disability, voluntary insurance (LTD, auto, home, life, legal, pet, identify theft), employee discounts Rest and relaxation: Paid holidays and generous PTO based on tenure
