Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests professionally Conduct club tours for prospective members Sell gym memberships and personal training package Answer incoming phone calls and handle basic inquiries Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk environment Strong communication and people skills Sales experience preferred (fitness or retail a plus) Dependable and punctual — reliability is critical Comfortable working independently Positive, professional attitude If you enjoy fitness, working with people, and sales-driven environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to lift and move equipment as needed. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
