About us Allied Emergency Veterinary Service is a locally owned Emergency Veterinary service with locations in Eau Claire, WI and Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park, and Eden Prairie MN (all providing 24 hour care). Our Rochester location is open nights, weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients over the phone and in person.
• Work with clients regarding financial responsibilities
• Assist the team and doctor with patients as needed
• Maintain the aesthetics of the clinic
• Finalize the client visit paperwork

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
