In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm welcomes, efficient check-ins, and personalized service that makes every visitor feel at home. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth operations at the front desk while fostering positive guest relations that leave a lasting impression. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a lively resort environment, engaging with diverse guests from around the world. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately. Complete Shift Assignments Help other departments with Special Tasks Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction and positive guest relations. Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences using hotel management software. Conduct audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues swiftly. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest service standards to create a welcoming atmosphere at all times. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the globe. Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software to streamline check-in/check-out processes. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally and positively. Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening. Passion for hospitality, guest services, and creating memorable experiences in resort or hotel environments.
