Front Desk Coordinator Luxury Medical Spa

We are a well-established, fast-paced medical spa looking for a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and understands the importance of creating an exceptional patient experience. As the face of our practice, you will play a huge role in making every patient feel welcomed, cared for, and comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling appointments Manage esthetician's schedules and patient flow throughout the day Handle patient questions, checkouts, payments, and retail purchases Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment Provide outstanding customer service and build strong patient relationships Assist estheticians and staff with daily office operations Help support the practice's social media by taking occasional photos/videos and assisting with posts or stories

Qualifications:

Extensive customer service experience required Previous medical spa, medical office, dental, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills Professional appearance and communication skills Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Basic social media familiarity is a plus
