Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure a smooth flow of daily activities, creating a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic team. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages accurately Handle front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools to support daily operations. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting client needs with professionalism and courtesy Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, preferably as a receptionist or personal assistant Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs effectively Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and general office management practices Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required Previous experience in customer support or customer service roles demonstrating strong interpersonal skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a professional environment.
