Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Coordinate projects and support office management tasks

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer support or as a Front Desk Receptionist
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
