We're looking for a friendly, organized Veterinary Receptionist to help create a great experience for pets and their people. What You'll Do Greet clients and pets with a warm welcome Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar Answer phones and assist clients with questions Maintain accurate patient records Help keep the front desk running smoothly What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and able to multitask Positive, team-oriented attitude Front desk or customer service experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right person Benefits 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and HSA options Paid time off Employee pet discounts Flexible scheduling
