Responsibilities:

As a Welder at Hybrid Light Solutions, you will be a key member of our manufacturing process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Skilled Fabrication:

Expertly weld and fabricate a variety of metal components according to blueprints and specifications using various processes (MIG, TIG).

Quality Control:

Inspect finished welds, ensuring they meet exacting quality standards.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.

Safety Focus:

Maintain a safe working environment by strictly following all safety procedures and regulations.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other welders and production staff to ensure smooth workflow.

Minimum Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Welding Expertise:

Proven experience in welding processes (MIG required, TIG is a plus)

Blueprint Reading:

The ability to accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Problem-solving:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and correct welding defects.

Physical Demands:

Physically Capable:

Welding is physically demanding. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and working in various positions
