Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, individual to serve as a full-time member of the Front Office team who can handle multi-tasking in a busy medical practice. Ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast pace environment with strong attention to detail, excellent verbal, and communication skills.

DUTIES:

Greet patients in a courteous and professional manner Handle patient registration, check-in and check out procedures Perform detail-oriented patient data entry into an EMR system Verify insurance coverage and collect payment for patient services Schedule, confirm and reschedule patient appointments for multiple providers Communicate daily with patients, peers, and physicians Ensure timely patient flow through the practice Other duties as assigned
