Night Auditor (Part-Time, Potential Full-Time)

Hours:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations during the overnight shift while ensuring excellent guest service. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and remain productive overnight Basic computer skills; hotel systems experience is a plus Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills Duties include, but are not limited to: Providing exceptional customer service to all guests Checking guests in and out efficiently and professionally Answering phone calls and assisting with reservations Performing nightly audit procedures and balancing daily transactions Walking the property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest comfort Assisting with laundry during downtime Preparing and setting up breakfast each morning Maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area Responding promptly to guest needs, questions, and concerns
