  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to lead our guest services team at our Hotel.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences for our guests. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold exceptional customer service standards, and coordinate with various departments to deliver memorable hospitality experiences. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure excellent guest interactions Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining high service standards Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm Oversee the operation of multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous communication Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest profiles, and billing information Uphold hotel policies related to guest relations, safety protocols, and service excellence Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations management Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills essential for engaging with guests and team members Previous hotel experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not required Join us in creating welcoming environments where every guest feels valued!
