Position Description:

Front Desk Team Members are offered an opportunity to join a rapidly-growing national sports company as an integral member of a Ninja Nation arena. Team members work the check-in desk providing a warm welcome to our facility. They check in members, check for waiver completion and assist with the overall birthday party process. They are also responsible for answering any member questions about our products or services. Additionally, they will be a key contributor to the culture of each arena, responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for each ninja participant. Why Join Our Team? Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming every single guest entering the building. Assisting with the check in a waiver completion process Answering all questions guests may have about our products and services Answering phone calls promptly and professionally Completing outbound birthday reminder calls Handling membership sign ups Basic math and money handling skills Greeting birthday parties and directing the groups to their assigned area Actively selling merchandise, drinks and snacks Cleaning bathrooms Keeping the front desk and lobby area neat and clean at all times Undefined work as assigned by managers Employment is subject to satisfactory background check and drug test.
