FRONT END MANAGER

(Deli, Front Counter & Scheduling) $22-$25/hr + Bonus | Full-Time, Year-Round Run the front of the business. We're looking for a strong, experienced operator to take ownership of our deli and front counter.

This role is responsible for:

Leading shift leaders and team members Managing schedules and labor Keeping daily operations running smoothly This is a hands-on management role —you'll be on the floor, working alongside the team while driving performance. What You'll Be Responsible For Daily Operations Oversee deli and front counter during service Ensure fast, accurate, and consistent execution Step in during busy periods to support the team Team Leadership Supervise and develop shift leads Set expectations and hold team accountable Help hire, train, and onboard new employees Scheduling & Labor Build weekly schedules based on business demand Manage staffing levels to hit labor targets Adjust staffing in real time as needed Systems & Standards Maintain organization, cleanliness, and workflow Ensure prep, service, and close are executed properly Identify inefficiencies and improve processes What We're Looking For 5+ years experience in food service or retail operations Strong leadership and communication skills Highly reliable and organized Comfortable making decisions independently Able to stay calm and effective under pressure This Role Is a
