Front of House Leadership

Our Brewery and Restaurant is located 40 minutes from downtown Portland in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge. Beat the traffic, and come head to the Gorge! We are looking for a full-time FOH team Leader within our beautiful 10,000 sq ft building. This full-time Leadership position will also assist with all other positions in the building including bartending and serving. The Pub and Taproom are fully air conditioned! Tips are pooled between FOH and BOH. Opportunities for job growth.

Applicants MUST have exceptional customer service skills. Experience in high-volume & fast-paced restaurant recommended, but not required. Experience with reservation systems a plus.

Job duties include but not limited to:

Lead our guests in their experience between our Pub and Taproom options.

Be able to perform all Leadership, Bartending, Serving, and Support positions.

Maintains a highly visible appearance in our Taproom and Pub during entire shift in order to assist employees, respond to any customer requests, and to assess the efficiency of the operation for management.

Manages reservations and the flow of the business in our reservation system, Resy.

Answers the phone, takes orders, and relays important information to the correct department.

Exhibits a professional, friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times as the first representation of our business for many of our guests.

Compensation and Benefits:
