We are creating a new position as we grow! We are a locally owned coffee & wine bar with a full scratch kitchen. We are known for blending a high quality yet relaxed and warm, community driven environment. From high volume weekend mornings, busy music nights, to laid back lunches, our team is built on positivity, hustle and genuine hospitality. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in management and 5 years in restaurant experience. Ideal candidate will be comfortable learning all front of the house operations OR a Manager-in-Training who wants to grow into a leadership role. This position would be designed for someone ready to learn the business side of hospitality while gaining hands-on management experience in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in coffee, bar, or restaurant environments
- Interest in hospitality management or currently studying in the field would be a plus.
What You'll Do:
Support daily operations during both coffee and bar service
- Learn and assist with scheduling, ordering, labor management, and shift flow.
Help train new team members and coaching consistency. Assist with inventory, ordering, and product management. Handle customer interactions and service recovery. Run shifts and support opening/closing procedures. Work closely with leadership to understand business performance.

Perks & Pay:
Open to negotiate and discuss pay based on experience. Hourly for an apprentice manager in training. Hourly or salary for experienced managers. Weekly pay, every Friday. Free shift meal & non-alcoholic drink daily.
